Our Full Body 45 Group Class is a fusion of Reformer Pilates, cardio & strength training that achieves muscle definition faster than traditional Pilates &/or weight training alone.
The workout builds long, lean sexy muscles and is designed to cradle your joint & connective tissue while pushing your muscles to their brink! The composition of this method is significant in that it encourages maximum exertion & is one of the safest ways to strengthen your muscles while reducing stress on the joints.

Each student works out on our state of the art M3™ megaformer machine, an advanced & redesigned twist on the traditional Reformer. Formed in a small class setting, students benefit from the energy of a group class with the personal attention of a private training session.
You can’t replicate this workout anywhere because our certified instructors guide you with key instruction on the M3™ machines. Your body seamlessly moves between each exercise, keeping your heart rate up, without the wear & tear on your joints & connective tissue like other popular high intensity workouts. It is through this seamless transition that your body is able to achieve a cardiovascular workout without needing to wear a heavy duty sports bra! You will be amazed at the burn you feel while barely moving about!

LAGREE FITNESS
It’s very important to understand that Lagree Fitness is not Pilates; it is a Reformer Pilates-inspired strength, cardio & core training program. Lagree Fitness effectively combines the sculpting & toning benefits of strength training with the healing, therapeutic qualities of Pilates into a high intensity, low impact 45-minute workout.
In order to achieve the same calorie burn and full body conditioning, you would have to spend at least 30 minutes on the treadmill and then and additional hour working a circuit of machines at the gym. This melds those two aspects together while simultaneously stretching and lengthening your body. You will build long lean muscles and strong healthy joints as the tiny intrinsic muscle fibres are activated!
The key element is that each exercise must be performed with slow & controlled movements, in perfect form with resistance heavy enough to keep constant tension on the muscle. Constant tension on the targeted muscle allows total failure in just one to two minutes. It is at this total muscle failure point, which your muscle fibres send out signals that stimulate growth, increase strength, & improve metabolic functioning. Each slow & controlled exercise will help your body gain balance & increase coordination while also engaging multiple muscles giving your body the opportunity to burn more calories & lose inches faster.

M3™ MEGAFORMER MACHINE
At the core of our Studio 45 Fitness classes is the M3™ megaformer machine which represents a significant evolution of the traditional Pilates Reformer. The state of the art M3™ isolates & attacks specific muscles until they can no longer move. This is actually how toned, defined muscles are built.
The M3™ megaformer leverages a system of springs & pulleys in a sequence that allows for periods of zero gravity at peak muscle contraction.
